Hull works

  • Extension of ship's cargo capacity ( documentation for new Load Line assignment to be developed as required ).
  • Carriage of containers ( complete set of the drawings for ship conversion is elaborated );
  • Enlargement of navigation area and season's restrictions;
  • Ship's reconstruction and modernization, designing of new ships;
  • Definition of allowable residual thickness and execution of Records of technical condition of a ship in accordance with Classification Rules and Requirements;
  • Calculation overall and local strength of a ship;
  • Proving Hull Renovation, Single Trips and Transportation of sub-standard cargoes;
  • Documents development according to the International Conventions and IACS Requirements, Classification Societies Rules:
    1. vessels' measurements according to Tonnage Convention ( 69 ), Suez and Panama Rules;
    2. MARPOL 73/78: SOPEP, Garbage and Water Management Plans;

      • Stability Booklet ( general cargo; grain, bulk and liquid cargoes );
      • Damage Stability Booklet ( according to IACS UR S23 );
      • Inclining test and strength and stability calculations

  • Technical conditions for repair of propeller shafts, controllable pitch propellers, ship's devices and machinery. Calculation of propeller shafts, anchor chains, propellers. Stern tube cooling system reconstruction.

Navigation and electrical equipment automatic systems overhauling and repair.

  • Different types of logs, gyros & echo sounders;

Special service: traveling repair squads.

We can also arrange qualified traveling repair squads capable to perform repair works whilst a vessel underway, staying in port or in yard.

The gangs are capable to carry out a wide range of maintenance, overhauling and repair works of deck equipment, main engine and auxiliaries as well as hull repair, radio/navigation or new equipment installation prescribed by SOLAS or on Owners' request.
