PRE-PURCHASE/PRE-DELIVERY surveys

The Agency performs the Pre-Purchase/Pre-Delivery surveys on demand of the Owners. These superficial surveys are aimed at the assessment of the actual technical condition of ship hull and machinery by visual inspection (i.e. without instrumentation and/or technical tools).

During inspection the ship is thoroughly examined for the purpose of revealing of hidden (or hardly detectable) imperfections affecting stable, durable and fault-free service of the ship machinery, gears, systems, and hull structural members.

Usually inspection is carried out by 1-2 specialists of ours within 1-3 days, depending on accessibility of ship compartments, and weather conditions.

Results of the survey are presented in the form of written report (either of standard layout or provided by the Customer), in electronic format and as a hard copy.

This service is rendered worldwide on the basis of requests to be sent via e-mail in reasonable advance (considering time necessary for visa arrangements).
